Phase 4 of Strijp-S: an intriguing part of Eindhoven slowly unfolding between Glaslaan, Kastanjelaan, Torenallee
and Ingenieur Kalffstraat. This area, with a history we cherish, is undergoing a transformation into a dynamic
living, working and amenity area with a strong focus on design.

The area will have a mix of living, working and culture. As many as about 1,400 homes (rental and for sale)
will be built here, 45,000 m2 of workspace, 3,500 m2 of public-oriented functions and 3,500 m2 of recreational
facilities and events envisaged. An essential part of the development is the gradual transformation of the existing
buildings. As planned, preparatory work will start at the end of 2024.
